Eli Paperboy Reed goes for new sound

Soul music will always be his genre, but the American Eli Paperboy Reed went looking for some different musical perspectives for his new album Nights Like This. He worked with producers of electronic, rock and dance music. 'It doesn't matter who I work with. I can always convert the music to myself. For example, you can hear electronic beats back in some songs, but the combination with my soul sound is inevitable. That runs through my veins.'
