TDSAT allows 3G roaming pacts among telecom firms

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal on Tuesday ruled in favour of leading mobile phone carriers who had challenged the department of telecom ban on pacts between them to provide 3G services beyond their licensed zones.
