The Bat (1959)

The reliable "old dark house" chestnut by Mary Roberts Rinehart & Avery Hopwood, already translated from stage to screen numerous times going back to silent films, gets dusted off for another go, lent the added appeal of Agnes Moorehead as a feisty mystery-writer and Vincent Price as (what else?) a prime suspect in the proceedings. Beware the Bat, man!
