'Topless' hairdresser arrested for selling beauty treatments unlicensed

A 46-year-old grandmother from Colorado has been arrested after allegedly giving haircuts while topless.
But that's not what got Suzette Hall in trouble with the law. Her crimes? Practicing cosmetology without a license and felony criminal impersonation.
A career hairdresser, Hall was already on the authorities' radar after being found practicing without a license in 2008 and ordered to stop.
The married woman then later went into business with a partner, but Hall soon left when her husband ran off with the woman named Anne. She claims she and Hall's husband claims Hall posted advertisements on listings website Craigslist for topless haircuts.
Witnesses also told police the woman would charge $45 for the deluxe service.
Hall's now ex-husband says she also received money for sex in the salon and would also make "house calls."
People who claim to know the woman have posted long ranty messages on her facebook page saying it's all a just her former husband and business partner on a "witch hunt."
Hall has nine previous felony convictions, including several for identity theft, motor vehicle theft, felony theft, and possession of a weapon by a previous offender.
