Guide Michelin "Nordic Countries” | Euromaxx

A new Michelin guide concentrates solely on the Scandinavian countries. Why? There’s growing international recognition for the Nordic cuisine which is very experimental, using high-quality local products. We wanted to find out what all the hype is about.
