XBOX MURDER: Aaron Tuneberg beaten to death by Boulder, Colorado teens with baseball bat

Two 18 year-old men in Boulder, Colorado have been charged with first degree murder after they beat a person to death while stealing an Xbox.
The two teens allegedly entered the home of Aaron Tuneberg, a developmentally disabled man on March 31.
Austin Holford and Luke Pelham, are then alleged to have savagely beaten the man with a baseball bat and a gold club.
They stole Tuneburg's Xbox game console and later tried to dispose of the weapons used in the assault.
Pelham's lawyer told the court his client suffers from a mental condition that makes him vulnerable to persuasion, and claimed Holford tricked Pelham into taking part in the attack by saying the victim had assaulted Holford's girlfriend.
Pelham's lawyer is also pointing to the fact that Pelham called the police and led them to the site of the fatal assault as proof he didn't intend to kill Tuneburg.
Aaron Tuneberg succumbed to his injuries on April 9. Both Pelham and the alleged mastermind Austin Holford have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Holford is said to have told cops he participated in the robbery in order to get enough money to leave Boulder, but gave no reason for the horrific assault committed against Aaron Tuneberg, a man described by his family as an "innocent" and "kind-hearted" person.
