Female Soldiers Declare Army's New Hair Regulation Racially Biased

On Monday, The U.S. Army released an update to Regulation 670-1, modifying the standards to how soldiers should wear their hair, including rules on tattoos, grooming in general and uniform wear. A petition has been created to change the regulation female soldiers have declared “racially biased.”
