The 5th Sakıp Sabancı Lecture 2009

On May 5, 2009, Christopher Patten, former European Commissioner for External Relations and British Secretary of State for the Environment gave a speech entitled “Transatlantic Partners: The Challenges of Multilateralism for Europe, Turkey and the United States”.
