MSF: Guinea Ebola outbreak 'unprecedented'

An outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in West Africa has been described as unprecedented by a medical charity. Doctors without Borders or MSF says the spread of the disease across Guniea has made it very difficult to control. There have been 78 deaths from 122 suspected cases since January. Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
