The Nuclear Security Summit draws to a close in the Hague, with world powers agreeing to take steps to prevent militant groups from obtaining a nuclear bomb.

But much of the focus of the two day talks was on Russia and the future of Ukraine.

In his concluding remarks, U.S. President Barack Obama says that Russia's annexation of Crimea was not a quote "done deal," and is not recognized by the international community.

While saying he would like to see a diplomatic solution in Ukraine, he warned of further sanctions if Russia moves into other parts of the country.
