After Kareena Kapoor Khan opted out from director Karan Malhotra's 'Shuddhi', it has been learnt that the makers have finally roped in their actress for their film. Wondering to whom we are talking about?
Well, according to sources, Deepika Padukone has been finalised to play female lead in their film and will be replacing Kareena Kapoor Khan, yet again after Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. Yes, that's right!
After wrapping up 'Happy New Year', she will next move on to Imtiaz Ali's next with Ranbir, tentatively titled as Window Seat. Then she would commence shooting Shoojit Sircar's 'Piku', and after that, Dippy will be finally seen moving on to shoot the long-standing movie 'Shuddhi', which is a period reincarnation love story.
While nothing is being confirmed for Deepika, options for the male lead are still under discussion. Well, we are impatiently waiting for producer Karan Johar's announcement on the same. Meanwhile, whom do you consider to play male lead opposite Deepika? Ranveer Singh or some other actor?
