The 'Eyeborg' Implant Lets Colorblind Artist Hear Colors

Artist Neil Harbisson has beaten his color blindness by having a wacky color antenna called the 'eyeborg' implanted in his skull. He says it allows him to "hear" colors by transforming pigments into sound vibrations.
