00:30If having a few hairs on the face makes you a shaykh then even goats have beards

00:43You have the traits of a shaykh
00:45So if i put on an apron, does that make me a cook?
00:49If i fix a leak does that make me a plumber?
00:53If i lie does that make me a lawyer?
00:57No err, with Molvis its different innit?
01:00No its not different, people have just made it different and I dont think its fair
01:05When we're sitting down watching the news someone will say
01:17Since when did having a beard make you perfect?
01:20We're still humans, we still make mistakes
01:23You know just because we have a few hairs on our face
01:26doesnt give us magical powers to do everything thats correct hundred percent all of the time
01:32Students study 6-10 years learning
01:36Fiqh, tafseer, logic, seerah, tajweed, arabic, hadith
01:41being away from family, not having the comforts of their own home
01:45just to become a shaykh, an alim, a scholar, a molvi
01:49and me i just grow a few hairs and i become a shaykh
01:52how is that fair and how is does it make any sense?
01:56when you go to certain countries you'd be surprised about how they treat the deen
02:00If you're a blind person they call you a haafiz saab
02:03If you have a beard they call you a sufi saab
02:06And you get all of that, just by growing a beard
02:09Now growing a beard is not easy anyway
02:12now on top of that if someones gunning it every time someone does something wrong

02:20are you doing that because you said gunning it?
02:22Yeah, funny isnt it?
02:28So back to the point, if every time someones gunning it,
02:31then you're gonna put people off
