This state of the art showroom will certainly re-define the expectations and execution of all customer service related aspects of the Car industry as a whole. Competitive vehicle manufacturers would be wise to observe Tesla's execution, they are above Par here.
I personally have a career in the car business, and am fairly knowledgeable about alternative energy vehicles.
Out of curiosity, i stopped by while doing some shopping, and chatted with the Representative There was only one person manning the whole showroom, which was quite impressive. He was cordial, informative, and an all around great guy.
He offered to schedule a test drive and i politely declined, because i was just looking to glean a little information for personal reasons.
in the showroom they had a beautiful Moldel S that i sat in, and a rare Tesla roadster that looked really cool with a full carbon fiber body kit.
This little electric car company has certainly made a great first impression, and will undoubtedly make an impact in the car industry that will be felt forever into the future. Other auto-makers and dealers across the nation should be taking notes, what these guys are doing WORKS!!
now i just need to get the inheritance from the Rich uncle i never had in order to afford one!
