Tanker row sinks Libya PM

Libya's prime minster was thrown out of office by parliamentary vote after a tanker laden with oil escaped from this rebel-held port.
Ali Zeidan had threatened to bomb the North Korean flagged vessel if it tried to leave.
For months Zeidan, seen here in file footage, has been getting the blame for Libya's bumpy transition since the 2011 NATO-backed uprising.
The humiliating escape of the tanker was the tipping point.
SOUNDBITE)(Arabic) OMAR HMEIDAN, SPEAKER ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, SAYING:
"The General National Assembly has decided to dismiss Mr Ali Zeidan from his post and instate the Minister of Defence Mr Abdullah al-Thinni until a new prime minister is elected."
The latest development further deepens the turmoil in Libya, a member of the OPEC oil producing group of nations.
The government's struggled to impose order and rein in the militias which helped to oust Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 but are now defying state authority.
