Diplomats meet in Paris to resolve crisis in Ukraine

The world's top diplomats have converged on Paris - their aim is to de-escalate the crisis in Ukraine.

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said sanctions could be imposed against Russia including "visa bans" against top Russian officals.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State, John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, are due to meet in the French capital.
