Rare Sir Topham Hatt Message

Here's a very rare message you can only find in the 1990 release of "Thomas Gets Tricked & Other Stories". But for my copy, it ended at an incomplete surprise. Unfortunately, it didn't finish up with a few finishing words during the message.
