Experimental Rock Backing Track in D Locrian - Razz-It

Backing track in D Locrian. Lot's of options with this track as any of the minor modes will work. I recommend a combined D Locrian and D Phrygian with some D Minor pentatonic runs mixed in. You can also play a C Phrygian pattern over this track. Very cool. Just add the D as your tonal center.

Also, I think this track begs for some killer slide. (Double Drop D tuning?)

I'd love to hear a video response to this one.

Hope you all enjoy it!

Gordon

P.S. If you don't know D Locrian, it has the same notes as C Minor.

If you don't know D Phrygian, it has the same notes as G Minor.

Now you know both! Smile. Just stress D as the tonal center.
