World of Tank 811 Update Impressions

I'm giving some of my comments and my impressions on the 8.11 patch for World of Tank. Some good changes and others...just not sure to tell you honestly.
I'm not talking about the camouflage bonus since I didn't get enough intel or info on that from the dev's or wargaming people yet. I don't talk about rumors, it's bad press.
