Nautica Brings Snow And Skin To The Runway For Fall 2014 At NYFW

Nautica is a brand known for its classic yet modern shapes that are worn by people who have a thirst for adventure and a sports lifestyle. The collection presented at NYFW for Fall 2014 evoked the spirit of a snow holiday.Performance fabrics were layered for a warm look, in icy and neutral tones, topped with reflective skiing goggles. Nautica blended matte and shine for a contrasted palate, that was muted by mineral shades. The clothes looked ready to wear right off the runway and ready to perform.Designer Chris Cox was on hand backstage to discuss the inspiration behind the collection. He discussed the importance of innovation, especially considering how difficult it can be to reinvent new things for men to wear.
