CAR in crisis as aid fails to materialise

The UN's children's agency is urging the international community to help prevent a humanitarian disaster in the Central African Republic. The UN humanitarian office says it's received just $60 million of the $551 million it appealed for. Aid is needed to help up to one million displaced people, around a quarter of the population.
