US-Afghanistan relations hit new low

Relations between US President Barack Obama and Afghan President Hamid Karzai are at an all-time low as the US prepares to pull out of the country in 11 months.

If a security pact to keep some US forces in Afghanistan is not signed, they will all leave.

Karzai has so far refused to sign the agreement, saying last month that the US must first bring peace to his country.
