Diplomats hold sideline meetings at Munich Security Council summit

Sideline talks on Syria, Ukraine, and Middle East peace are likely to take center stage at the Munich Security Council meeting this weekend.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry joins Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and others during informal discussions about a disspointing first round of Syria talks that just wrapped up in Geneva.
