Delays in aid, chemical weapons draw criticism in Syria

After numerous delays, food aid from the United Nations finally arrived in Yarmouk - just outside Damascus.

Hundreds of men and women climbed through the ruins of the neighborhood, which is home to tens of thousands of trapped residents.

Reuters cannot independently verify the video, which was posted on a social media website.

Getting aid to areas like Yarmouk has become one of many issues discussed at the peace talks in Geneva.

So far, little progress has been made.

Meanwhile, getting chemical weapons out of Syria has also been delayed, drawing criticism from the U.S. State Department.
