BUSINESS DAILY - Hollande misses target of reducing unemployment

The French president has failed to fulfil one of his key promises: to reduce the number of people out of work by the end of 2013. New figures from the French Labour Ministry show that a record 3.3 million people were in fact out of work last month. Meanwhile, Argentina's government has taken steps to ease capital controls after the value of the peso plunged against the dollar.
