Argentine peso takes biggest dip in 12 years

The Argentine peso has dropped three percent against the dollar, the biggest single day fall in 12 years.

Thursday's adjustment came as the central bank scaled back its intervention to preserve international reserves that have fallen to a seven-year low.

Earlier this week, the government announced restrictions on internet purchases and took measures to control trading on the black market.
