Anne Frank is a very famous holocaust victim from World War II. Her diary was published and named "The Diary Of A Young Girl" years after her death and goes into the details of her experience as a Jew in hiding during the war. On August 4th of 1944 an unidentified Nazi informer gave up her families hiding place and they were quickly arrested by the Gestapo.
