London cyclists dream of high-rise track

Bicycle lanes in the sky may sound like a far-fetched idea. But one prominent London architect is proposing exactly that: a 22km bike network that is being touted as the solution to the dangers of cycling on the city's heavily-congested roads. Cost estimates for the project are in the billions, however, as Al Jazeera's Kim Vinnell reports from London.
