Cops thrash 9-yr-old in Jammu and Kashmir

In a shocking case of brutality in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police brutally beat up a 9-year-old boy following a complaint of theft against him. The boy's parents claim that he was tortured for no fault of his and now he is facing hearing problems ever since he has been let off.
