Anita Hassanandani is going to play a 'grey' role in Ekta Kapoor's latest Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein which is based on Manju Kapoor's novel 'Custody', stars Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi in the lead. Anita is said to play the role of Shagun, who is going to be the ex-wife of Karan Patel. Karan is the protagonist around whom the story is going to revolve. Shagun will apparently not be a negative character, but a simple small-town girl, whom the situations have made to look grey.
