Afghan families to sue Germany over strike

Afghan families are due to find out if they can sue Germany for a military strike in 2009. Fighter pilots killed 90 civilians in the attack in the northern city of Kunduz. A court in Berlin will decide later whether there's enough evidence to support their case. Al Jazeera's Jane Ferguson reports.
