EU summit yields no deal with Ukraine

A European Union (EU) summit in Lithuania has finished without an agreement on closer ties with Ukraine. Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova all signed association agreements with the EU. But Ukraine's President, Viktor Yanukovich, refused the offered free trade deal citing the EU's failure to conform to his country's demands. Al Jazeera's David Chater reports from Kiev.
