Robot sex a temptation for 9 percent of Americans

Sex with robots is not appealing to most Americans, according to a recent poll.
About half of the 1000 people surveyed by Huffington Post and YouGov said they could imagine having robots that can do housework and fight wars by 2030. But when it came to activities requiring a personal touch, they were less enthusiastic. Only 22 percent said they'd trust a robot to look after an elderly friend or family member. When it came to sex, only 9 percent said they'd do it with a droid.
