US city holds referendum on abortion ban

Voters in the US state of New Mexico will decide on a measure that could limit abortions. If it's approved, doctors within the city of Albuquerque will be barred from performing abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
It's the first time such a ballot has been put to a city.
