Haiyan Leaves Philippines In Ruin, Makes Landfall In Vietnam & South China

Super Typhoon Haiyan weakened into a tropical storm as it made landfall in Vietnam and South China today. Unfortunately in its wake, the Philippines were left in the middle of a humanitarian crisis. The destruction of the storm is so extensive it’s going to take days to assess the damage and provide aid to everyone in need. It’s estimated the death toll could reach 10,000.
