Moving to Bulgaria? In Pursuit of Freedom Part 3

Welcome back to part 3 of our adventures in off-grid living and eco-communties. Today we discuss our interest in moving to Bulgaria, to buy some land and property. Bulgaria is a very beautiful country, and has only recently started to get the attention of expats from the UK and Germany due to it's mild climate, great wildlife, and very affordable property.
For example; it cost about £10 per month for council tax based on cost 2 years back, and even cheaper per month for car insurance and utilities. Most houses we were looking for were in the region of £500- 5000 !!!! crazy right.

We are not adverse to buying property in Bulgaria in the future, we would recommend that people on a low income or with no savings, seriously considers buying in Bulgaria without researching it extensively.

A great source of info is via Ebay sellers. We spoke to a few British estate agents, and they were very helpful indeed.
