Kosovars to vote in first independent elections

Local elections will take place in Kosovo on November 3, which could have big implications for the region, being organised by Pristina for the first time. It might be a vital step for the country, and neighbouring Serbia, to join the European Union. Al Jazeera's Aljosa Milenkovic reports from Pristina.
