Defile high club: Pervy pilot molests 14-year-old girl on Delta flight

Snake on a plane: A middle-aged off-duty pilot is accused of groping a 14-year-old girl while she was asleep during a flight from Detroit to Salt Lake City on the weekend.
Michael Pascal, 45, flies planes for a Delta Connection airline. And on Saturday evening was a passenger seated next to a young girl on crutches in row 44 of Delta Flight #855.
According to a complaint filed by the minor, who is only identified by her initials R.S., the girl took her window seat next to Pascal the two chatted about her foot injury. She then decided to nap a little. She put the armrest down, pulled her feet onto the seat and turned toward the window.
The teenager told investigators "I made sure I had the armrest down because I usually feel uncomfortable when people get too close to me."
When she awoke, the girl recalls feeling Pascals hand "under the left cheek of her buttocks." The hand, she noted, was "far enough under her buttocks that his fingers were touching her inner thigh."
According to FBI Agent Cameron Smilie, the girl reported feeling Pascal's hand "being palm up and feeling him gripping her buttocks but not moving."
The girl told investigators Pascal's eyes were open and he "was clearly awake."
She says the then elbowed him and yelled "what the hell are you doing?" Pascal, she claims, then told her "I'm sorry I'm sorry I was asleep, I have to use the bathroom."
The girl then summoned flight attendants and complained about her Pasca's behavior. She was then moved to a different row, the report states.
Police were waiting for Pascal at the airport. He was interviewed and then arrested.
Pascal claims to have fallen asleep with his hands in his lap, but did not recall "where his hands were when he was awoken" by the girl's thrown elbow and her "What the hell are you doing?" demand.
He has been charged with abusive sexual contact on an aircraft.
