The Everlast 70 heavy bag is great. Nice solid construction, just pull out of the box and hang. The chains for hanging are great because they are made to swivel so you can dance with your bag all the better. I love the canvas, and I think it will hold up for years. The price is out of this world, and includes free shipping. Do yourself a favor and buy one. Im no pro but I could not ask for anything better. It does its job of taking a beating.
