Biography :
Renata Novo -- is a Lithuanian singer-songwriter who started her solo career on 27th of March 2013. That day is special -- it`s singers birthday and that year the biggest wish came true -- Renata Novo decided to show her music for wider audience with the help of guitar man Marius Sabutis.
Lyrics of the songs: about African children, about information and Google age, about complicated human feelings, about love for Lithuania, etc. Lyrics are mostly personal (about love, about own way of life) or related to some hard issues of these days (starving, prostitution, suicide).
Style of music: acoustic, indie rock, reggae. Singer says that one day all of her songs will turn to great full rock songs. Mostly songs are in English, some in native language -- Lithuanian.
Attitude of music: freedom, live performances, own lyrics and music, natural development without reality shows. Artist wants that the number of her fans would grow depending on improvement of her music.
Before becoming a singer Renata Novo: was playing in London streets and singing in a Lithuanian rock cover band, graduated BA and MA communication & advertising studies, volunteering in various music festivals, travelling and getting to know the beautiful world.
