Mormon church service turns violent: punch ups, car ramming and arrests

A Latter Day Saints temple turned into a wrestling ring when two men resorted to fisticuffs after an argument over seat saving at Mormon church service.

The argument began before a busy Sunday service and escalated to a carpark punch-up after the mass.

When one man went to clean himself up after the battle, the other hit him with a car, bouncing the seat saver up onto the hood.

One man was arrested and charged with a litany of misdemeanours and aggravated assault. He was released on bail shortly afterwards.
