Future plane train to be presented at Paris Air show

Swiss inventors have designed a futuristic aircraft that carries 'clip-on' cabins. The aircraft, known as Clip-Air, is a modular-aircraft concept composed of a flying-wing carrying up to three flexible fuselages that double as train cars. Each fuselage can be used to carry passengers, freight or fuel. The three fuselages together can carry a total of up to 450 passengers.

In theory, each train car can be plucked from the tracks and clipped onto the flying wing. This concept allows passengers to embark or disembark aircrafts at train stations as well as the airports, combining the two services. The Clip-Air model is to be unveiled for the first time at the Paris Air Show between June 17 to June 19
