Overfishing increasing jellyfish in Australia

New quota restrictions for blue fin tuna are being discussed at a conference in Australia. Environmentalists say numbers of the fish are a fraction of what they once were due to overfishing. The consequences are already being seen further down the food chain. Big fish not eating little fish may mean more food is available for jellyfish. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports.
