Child Protective Services Aware of Kids Found In Home Unable to Speak, Surrounded by Feces

Wayne Sperling and Lorinda Bailey, a Denver couple, are being charged for felony child abuse. The couple has 4 boys, ages 2 to 6, who were found by malnourished, surrounded by filth and unable to speak. Child protective services received numerous complaints about the couple but failed to investigate or act until now.
