In Rampur, Rahul attacks UP govt, NDA and bureaucracy

After attacking the SP in Aligarh, Rahul left no stone unturned at his second rally of the day at Rampur. He started off with saying, "In Muzaffarnagar, people told me political parties are responsible for the riots
