Featuring Japan Auto Sandal - Part I 日本オートサンダル自動車

This is part I of a 3 part series on the Japanese auto maker "Auto Sandal" (日本オートサンダル自動車). Auto Sandal made just under 200 cars, and I believe these three videos feature the last 3 cars in existence. They produced cars from 1952-1954. These cars are now located in Kurume, Japan at the Sepia Collection. This particular one here is a prototype and called the Auto Sandal FS, and was made in 1951.

Auto Sandal was part of a small car boom that happened after the second world war. Stay tuned for parts II and III of the series. I wanted to make sure that this footage was out on the web for everyone to see. I guess you can call it "Historical".
