President Girogio Napolitano will meet with Prime Minister Enrico Letta to find a way to avoid the collapse of the government, after Silvio Berlusconi withdrew five of his ministers from the ruling coalition in a protest over a rise in tax. That move has the potential to bring down Letta's government and leave the euro-zone's third-largest economy in chaos. Al Jazeera's Claudio Lavanga reports from Rome.
