After Prism Can We Save Internet As We Know It

As we are still trying to come to grips with the massive Internet surveillance programs that are still being revealed based on documents leaked by Edward Snowden, we have to confront serious questions about what this all means. How should civil society, businesses and governments respond? We have to think very carefully about this question. There is no less at stake than the open and free internet as we know it.
