Upcoming Beijing Theme Park Will Feature Jackie Chan's Belongings

As an innovative way to share his treasures and belongings with the world, Jackie Chan is planning on opening a theme park in Beijing.

Jackie Chan has had a remarkable life. As an innovative way to share his treasures with the world, the actor and stuntman is planning on opening a theme park in Beijing.

Chan, who was born in Hong Kong, didn’t have much as a child. Once he gained stardom and wealth, he was able to indulge in many shopping sprees.

As part of the upcoming theme park, Chan will display many of those rare items including furniture and jewelry which he has acquired over the years. Chan will also donate four antique Chinese buildings for placement on the property.

The park is currently under development in the city.Called the Jackie Chan World Park, it will have 5 major themed areas and the entrance fee will be free, although a ticket will be required for visitors to enter some of the attractions.

Chan spoke about the future theme park on his Weibo account noting “I wanted to buy everything when I was young, but now I want to donate whatever I have. One person's happiness can't compare to the joy of all, only culture lasts forever.”
