An officer was charged with voluntary manslaughter in South Carolina after shooting an unarmed man. The 911 tapes released of a woman calling police when she thinks a man is trying to break into her home. He had just gotten into a car accident and was trying to get help. The police arrived and shot 24 year old Jonathan Ferrell ten times. NAACP fighting to get the charge changed to first degree murder.
